Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pharmacist role based in Thoothukudi. The Pharmacist will dispense medications accurately according to prescriptions, verify dosages, and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.



The role includes counseling customers on proper medication use, possible side effects, and drug interactions, while maintaining a customer-focused and ethical practice. The Pharmacist will manage inventory, monitor stock levels, check expiry dates, and support ordering processes to ensure availability of essential medicines. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining detailed records, supporting store operations, coordinating with healthcare providers when needed, and contributing to a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy workplace.
Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of pharmacology, prescription interpretation, and drug interactions, with the ability to provide safe and accurate medication dispensing.
• Skills in patient counseling, explicit communication, and customer service to support diverse patient needs in a busy retail environment.
