Role Description The Bakery & Pastry DCDP (Demi Chef de Partie) role is a full-time, on-site position based at Hotel Centre Point in Nagpur. The role involves preparing and baking a variety of bread, pastries, cookies, and other bakery items for the hotel’s restaurants, buffet, room service, and events. The Bakery & Pastry DCDP will assist in menu planning, recipe development, and presentation,



while ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to hygiene and safety standards. Daily responsibilities include organizing mise en place, monitoring baking times, maintaining inventory for bakery ingredients, and supporting senior chefs in training and guiding junior kitchen staff. The role also requires coordination with other kitchen sections to meet service timelines and guest expectations.
Qualifications
• Strong practical skills in bakery and baking, including bread and pastry production.
• Hands-on experience in food preparation, with specific focus on cookies, cakes, and dessert items.
