Role Description The Site Engineer and Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role located in Indore. The role involves overseeing daily site activities, coordinating with civil and structural engineers, and ensuring that work is executed according to design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.



Responsibilities include supervising construction teams, monitoring progress, conducting inspections, maintaining site records, and reporting issues or deviations to project managers and design engineers. The Site Engineer and Supervisor will liaise with clients, consultants, and vendors, support material planning, and help resolve technical and operational challenges at the site. The role also includes enforcing compliance with health, safety, and environmental guidelines and contributing to timely project delivery.
