Role Description The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and executing sales initiatives for Aura Fund’s lending and advisory solutions, based in office in Bengaluru in a full-time capacity. This role involves identifying and prospecting potential clients, managing existing relationships, and driving new business across products such as home loans, LAP, business loans, working capital facilities, and structured finance solutions. Day-to-day activities include meeting with clients to understand funding requirements, coordinating with internal advisory teams to structure solutions, and liaising with banks, NBFCs, and other financial institutions to facilitate approvals. The Sales Manager will track sales pipelines, prepare proposals, negotiate terms within defined guidelines, and ensure timely closure of transactions. The role also includes monitoring market trends, contributing to sales strategies, and maintaining accurate documentation and reporting to support compliance and performance metrics.
