We are looking for a proactive, results-oriented Email Marketing & Growth Specialist who can operate with genuine ownership—someone who can independently handle cold outreach pipelines, conduct competitor intelligence, design clean marketing creatives, and publish authority-building content.

Key Responsibilities

• B2B Prospecting & Cold Email Funnels:

• Source verified international decision-makers (Founders, CEOs, CMOs across US, UK, UAE) using Apollo.io.





• Draft, sequence, and schedule high-converting Day 1 to Day 18 cold outreach campaigns and follow-up drips.

• Continuously monitor email deliverability, open rates, CTRs, and reply rates; maintain an organised Master Tracking Sheet.

• Brand Positioning & Content Drafting:

• Draft thought-leadership articles, case-study highlights, and engaging captions for LinkedIn and our website blog.

• Utilise AI frontier tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) smartly for research, hooks, and content frameworks while delivering polished, humanised final copy.

• Visual Asset Creation (Canva):

• Design minimalist, high-standard marketing creatives (1:1 square posts for LinkedIn/Facebook groups and 4:5 portrait graphics for Instagram/ads) using Canva.

• Research visual trends on Pinterest, Behance, and top agency profiles to reverse-engineer high-converting layouts.
