What you'll do
• Research ads and brands using our ad research process
• Write ad scripts using our scripting framework
• Do editing for ads
• Set up and launch Meta campaigns
• Check lead quality in the CRM
• Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality
• Run weekly and monthly audits for client accounts

What you should already know
• The basics of Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup and launching
• What lead quality is and how to improve it
• How a CRM works, and what the Conversions API is
• Video Editing

You'll do well here if you
• Follow SOPs carefully and still think for yourself
• Care about good leads, not just cheap leads
• Care about client results
• Communicate clearly and respond promptly
• Want to learn and grow in performance marketing

What success looks like
• Campaigns that generate positive-quality leads for our clients

Work setup and pay
• Part-time, fully remote
• Respond between 10 am and 5 pm IST
• Around 3 hours of work per day, done on your own time
• Team meetings are part of the role
• ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month
• India-based candidates only
