Role Description The Project Assistant is a full-time, in office role based in Tiruppur. This role involves supporting project planning and execution, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, and tracking timelines, tasks, and deliverables. The Project Assistant will maintain project documentation, prepare basic reports, and assist with data collection and analysis related to ongoing initiatives. The role also includes organizing meetings, following up on action items, and helping ensure that project activities align with organizational standards and objectives.



The Project Assistant will work closely with project leads to support efficient day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
• Ability to assist with project coordination, including scheduling, task tracking, and documentation.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple activities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (such as spreadsheets, word processing, and email).
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for interaction with team members and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records, reports, and project-related data.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site retail and textile environment in Tiruppur.
• Prior experience in retail, textiles, or project support roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
