Role Description The Head of Digital Marketing is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for leading the hospital’s digital presence and brand visibility. This role oversees end-to-end digital strategy,



including planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across social media, search, and other online channels to support patient outreach, awareness, and reputation-building. Daily responsibilities include managing content and messaging across platforms, coordinating with internal clinical and administrative teams, and supervising external agencies or vendors to ensure consistent and compliant communication. The Head of Digital Marketing analyzes web and campaign performance data, manages lead generation funnels, and continuously refines digital initiatives to improve engagement, patient inquiries, and conversion. The role also involves staying current with healthcare marketing regulations and best practices, budgeting for digital activities, and mentoring a small team to deliver high-impact digital campaigns.
