About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead sales and business development activities for Amplisun Power Energy in Nagpur and surrounding markets.
The role will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building customer and channel relationships, managing the regional sales pipeline, and driving solar projects from initial enquiry through proposal, negotiation, and order closure.




The ideal candidate should have strong experience specifically in Solar Sales , with a proven ability to develop new markets, generate business, and build long-term customer and partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities• Develop and execute sales and business development strategies for the assigned region.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across residential, commercial, industrial, and other relevant solar segments.
• Promote and sell suitable solar solutions, including rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects.
• Generate business through direct sales, referrals, channel partners, consultants, EPC networks, contractors, and other relevant sources.
• Build and maintain solid relationships with customers, channel partners, consultants, builders, contractors, and other industry stakeholders.
• Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and customer meetings to site assessment, proposal preparation, negotiations, and order closure.
