Role Description The Human Resources Generalist is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. This position is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding and offboarding,



maintaining personnel records, and ensuring adherence to HR policies and statutory requirements. The role involves administering employee benefits, assisting with payroll inputs, and coordinating performance management and appraisal processes. The HR Generalist will handle employee queries, support employee engagement initiatives, and collaborate with managers on staffing, training, and development needs. The role also includes preparing HR reports, supporting audits, and contributing to continuous improvement of HR processes to align with company objectives.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, preferably in engineering, manufacturing, or infrastructure-related organizations.
• Robust knowledge of HR Policies and compliance with local labor laws and statutory regulations.
• Hands-on experience with Employee Advantages and Benefits Administration
