Client Relations and Legal Coordination Executive
We are seeking a dedicated Client Relations and Legal Coordination Executive for a full-time, office-based position in Patna. The role involves facilitating effective communication between the office and clients, ensuring the timely exchange of information, and maintaining accurate records relating to client interactions and case progress.
Key responsibilities include coordinating client appointments, addressing client queries in a qualified manner, maintaining case-related records and documentation, and supporting follow-up communications. The successful candidate will assist in client onboarding processes, contribute to maintaining high standards of professional service, and work closely with advocates and legal staff to ensure that clients remain appropriately informed throughout the course of legal proceedings.
The position also involves identifying opportunities to enhance client experience, improve administrative efficiency, and strengthen internal processes relating to client management and communication.




Qualifications
•Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to maintain professional and courteous interactions.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation of information.
•Sound analytical and organisational abilities, with the capacity to understand client requirements and manage multiple priorities effectively.
•Proven coordination and project management skills, including scheduling, record maintenance, and timely follow-up.
•Prior experience in a client-facing role, preferably within a law firm, professional services organisation, consultancy, or similar environment.
•High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail, particularly when handling confidential and sensitive information.
