• Strong programming and software development fundamentals
• Valuable understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms and OOP
• Ability to develop clean, efficient and maintainable code
• Good mathematical and analytical skills
• Interest in engineering, scientific and simulation software
• Ability to understand engineering calculations and convert them into software algorithms
• Knowledge of software testing, debugging and version control
• Understanding of secure coding and software security is an advantage

The selected candidate will work closely with our Thermal Engineering team to develop software for heat exchanger design and analysis.
The role may involve:
• Developing engineering calculation modules
• Converting heat-transfer and engineering algorithms into software
• Developing and maintaining software applications
• Testing, debugging and validating engineering calculations
• Developing databases for engineering and fluid-property data
• Improving software performance and reliability
• Developing user interfaces for engineering applications
• Implementing software security and protection of engineering data
• Technical documentation and version control
• Working with engineers to develop new heat exchanger software products
