About the RoleWe are looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to take ownership of Banana Club’s digital acquisition and performance marketing efforts.
The role will be responsible for driving online revenue, customer acquisition, ROAS and overall marketing efficiency across paid digital channels. The ideal candidate should be highly data-driven, commercially minded and comfortable working hands-on with campaigns.

Key Responsibilities• Own and drive the overall performance marketing strategy across online channels.
• Plan, execute and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google Ads and other relevant paid platforms.
• Drive customer acquisition, website traffic, conversions and online revenue.
• Manage and optimize CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR and other performance metrics.
• Develop monthly and campaign-level media plans and budgets.
• Allocate budgets across campaigns, audiences, products and channels based on performance.




• Continuously test and optimize creatives, audiences, ad copies, landing pages and offers.
• Work closely with the Creative, E-commerce, Catalogue, Merchandise and Retention teams to improve campaign performance.
• Identify high-performing products/categories and build campaigns around them.
• Analyse customer acquisition and conversion funnels to identify opportunities and drop-offs.
• Track campaign performance through dashboards and prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify current acquisition opportunities.
• Work on remarketing, retargeting and prospecting campaigns.
• Support new customer acquisition as well as repeat purchase initiatives.
• Coordinate with external agencies/platform partners, if applicable.
• Ensure proper tracking, pixels, events, UTMs and campaign attribution.
