Job Responsibilities• Supervise day-to-day fabrication yard activities.
• Read and understand fabrication drawings, dimensions, sections, welding details and material specifications.
• Ensure fabrication work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with fabricators, welders and helpers and allocate daily work.
• Monitor production, quality and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate material requirements, inspections, galvanizing and dispatch activities.
• Maintain basic production and material records.
• Ensure proper safety and housekeeping at the factory.
• Report daily production progress and issues to management.

Qualification & Skills• Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, Production,



Electrical or related engineering.
• Good fabrication drawing understanding is mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of MS fabrication, welding, cutting, drilling and assembly.
• Positive communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
• Willingness to work at a fabrication yard.

Language Skills: Tamil, Malayalam, English and Hindi — ability to communicate in any/all of these languages will be preferred.
Wind Turbine / USS / Structural Fabrication knowledge will be an added advantage.
