Role Description This is a full time, in office Strategic Partnerships role based in Gurugram. The Strategic Partnerships team member will identify, develop, and manage relationships with medical associations, hospitals, clinics, and other relevant partners to expand CoverYou’s reach and offerings for healthcare professionals. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and pitching partnership opportunities, negotiating and finalizing agreements, coordinating partner onboarding, and ensuring ongoing satisfaction through structured account management. The role will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to design joint initiatives, co-branded campaigns, and mutually beneficial programs.



Regular analysis of partnership performance, preparation of reports, and recommendations for optimization will be key to driving growth and strengthening CoverYou’s position in the market.
