Key Responsibilities:
▪️ Develop interior design and fit-out packages from concept through construction documentation
▪️ Prepare detailed architectural drawings, sections, and joinery/finish details in Autodesk Revit
▪️ Build and manage BIM models in line with project standards and workflows
▪️ Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to resolve design clashes and issues
▪️ Support interior space planning, lighting, and furniture coordination
▪️ Select and specify materials, finishes, and construction details
▪️ Prepare visualisations and presentations for client and internal reviews
▪️ Manage your own workload and deliver across multiple projects and deadlines
▪️ Senior Architect: lead project teams, review team output, and mentor junior architects

What we're looking for
✔️ Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
✔️ Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit
✔️ Experience in interior design, interior fit-out, and architectural detailing
✔️ Solid understanding of BIM workflows and coordination processes
✔️ Knowledge of construction documentation, materials, and detailing
✔️ Solid communication and coordination skills
✔️ Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
