We're a Mumbai-based fine jewellery manufacturer and exporter, RJC certified, crafting every piece in-house for retailers across the USA, UK, Japan, Dubai and France. As we scale our Optigo ERP operations, we're hiring 2 Data Entry Experts to join us.
✅ Any Graduate, 4-5 years' data entry experience
✅ ERP exposure (Optigo or similar) — jewellery industry background a strong plus
✅ Sharp attention to detail
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Enter and update production, order, and inventory data accurately in the Optigo ERP system across design, manufacturing, and QC stages
• Ensure same-day entry of assigned records — no backlog
• Flag missing, delayed, or unclear source documents (job bags, invoices, style cards)
to supervisors promptly
• Identify and report data discrepancies, and coordinate corrections with department monitors
• Maintain organised, easily retrievable physical and digital records supporting ERP entries
• Participate in daily/weekly status reviews and provide transparent updates on assigned work
• Support ERP rollout activities as needed — training sessions, workflow testing, etc.
