We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our team and take ownership of influencer research, creator evaluation, and campaign ideation. This is a remote role where you can work from home.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the creator ecosystem and, importantly, be able to think beyond simply identifying influencers. We’re looking for someone who can understand a brand brief, identify the right creators, and develop creative concepts that are relevant, engaging, and practical to execute.

Monthly Compensation - INR 20k-30k a month(in-hand)

Key Responsibilities

1. Influencer Research & Evaluation





• Identify relevant influencers and content creators based on brand objectives, target audience, category, and campaign requirements.
• Research and evaluate influencer profiles across Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Analyze audience demographics, engagement, content quality, authenticity, and overall brand fit.
• Look beyond follower count to assess audience quality, content relevance, engagement, and potential campaign fit.
• Build and maintain a database of relevant creators and stay updated on emerging influencers and content formats.

2. Campaign & Creative Ideation

• Develop creative influencer marketing concepts based on campaign objectives and brand briefs.
• Identify compelling content formats, hooks, storytelling angles, and creator-led ideas.
• Ensure concepts are both creative and realistically executable by influencers.
• Stay updated with social media trends and understand how brands can participate in them authentic
