Role Description This is a full-time, in office Waiter role based at Everest Base Camp in Mussoorie. The Waiter is responsible for greeting guests, presenting menus, taking orders accurately, and serving food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner. Daily tasks include setting up and clearing tables, ensuring cleanliness and organization in the dining area, and coordinating with the kitchen and bar staff to deliver a smooth service. The role also involves answering guest questions about menu items, handling special requests,



and processing payments as needed, while maintaining a professional and welcoming demeanor. The Waiter contributes to a positive guest experience by being attentive, responsive, and focused on service quality throughout each shift.
Qualifications
• Strong customer service skills, with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Knowledge of food & beverage offerings and experience in food service operations.
• Clear and professional communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
• Basic cooking or food-handling understanding to coordinate effectively with kitchen staff.
• Previous experience as a waiter or in a similar front-of-house role preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the venue.
• Capacity to stand for extended periods and carry trays safely and efficiently.
