About the CompanyWe are a food manufacturing company engaged in the production and international supply of frozen Indian sweets, snacks and ready-to-eat food products. We are looking for an experienced International Sales Business Manager to lead our business development and sales expansion across the USA, Canada and Australia.
Significant Eligibility RequirementPlease apply only if you have a minimum of 10 years of proven international sales experience in the same or closely related product categories, particularly frozen sweets, frozen snacks, Indian ethnic foods, ready-to-eat products, bakery products or other frozen food items.
Candidates with only general trading, non-food, domestic sales or unrelated FMCG experience may not be considered.
Key Responsibilities• Develop and execute international sales strategies for the USA,



Canada and Australia.
• Identify, approach and convert importers, distributors, wholesalers, supermarket chains, ethnic grocery stores, food-service companies and HORECA customers.
• Build and manage a strong network of international buyers, distributors, agents and business partners.
• Generate new business enquiries and convert leads into regular export orders.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, presentations, product discussions, quotations, negotiations, order confirmation and customer follow-up.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers and distribution partners.
• Understand the requirements of Indian food distributors and ethnic food markets in North America and Australia.
• Expand product presence through retail, wholesale, food-service, e-commerce and institutional channels.
