We are looking for a dynamic, creative and result-oriented Wedding & Events Sales Executive who understands the wedding industry, has a passion for décor and design, and possesses the ability to convert client visions into impressive event concepts and successful business opportunities.

Role Overview
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in wedding planning and event sales, an eye for creative décor, excellent client-handling skills and the ability to develop innovative wedding concepts. This role combines business development, client relationship management, creative décor ideation and sales conversion.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
• Generate new business opportunities in the wedding and events industry through networking, references, market research and client outreach.
• Identify and develop relationships with prospective clients, wedding planners, event agencies, venues and industry partners.
• Handle client enquiries, understand their requirements and convert leads into confirmed business.
• Prepare compelling proposals, quotations, presentations and customized event concepts.
• Conduct client meetings, venue visits, presentations and follow-ups to drive sales conversions.
• Negotiate commercial terms, manage client expectations and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and regularly update the sales CRM.
