Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Collection Manager based in Kollam.



The Area Collection Manager will oversee and manage collections operations for a designated territory, ensuring timely recovery of dues while maintaining strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include monitoring portfolio performance, allocating and supervising field collection teams, reviewing delinquent accounts, and implementing strategies to reduce non-performing assets. The role involves regular coordination with branch staff and regional leadership, analyzing collection data, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines. The manager will also support process improvements, provide guidance and training to collection executives, and handle escalated customer issues professionally and ethically.
