About Nature Morte
Nature Morte is one of India’s most internationally recognized contemporary art galleries, with a 25-year history of placing Indian artists at leading global institutions, including Tate Modern, the Guggenheim, and the Centre Pompidou. Alongside the gallery, Nature Morte operates the Saat Saath Arts Foundation, home to India’s first international sculpture park, and SSA Advisory, its institutional art advisory practice. The organisation is currently in an active phase of international expansion, with recent locations and programmes being developed globally.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Manager – Receivables to manage end-to-end receivables across domestic and international operations.
The role requires strong expertise in taxation, EXIM compliance, invoicing, and stakeholder coordination, especially in high-value transaction environments.
Role Overview
Key Responsibility Area
1. Receivables Management
● Manage and track accounts receivable for both domestic and international clients.
● Ensure timely collections and follow-ups to maintain healthy cash flow.
● Monitor and reduce outstanding receivables aging.
● Handle high-value accounts with a strong client-facing approach.
2. Invoicing & Revenue Operations
● Oversee accurate and timely customer invoicing.
● Ensure proper alignment with revenue recognition and trading operations.
● Maintain accuracy in stock sheets, including proper documentation and image tracking whererequired.
● Manage invoicing cycles and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
3. Taxation & Compliance
● Ensure compliance with:
● GST● TDS (Tax Deducted at Source)
● TCS (Tax Collected at Source)
● Identify and manage risks related to GST defaulters, especially in EXIM transactions.
● Ensure all invoicing and receivables processes comply with applicable tax laws and regulations.
