Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Purchase & Logistics Coordinator to support procurement, inventory, and logistics operations. The role involves handling purchase orders, coordinating with vendors, managing shipments, tracking deliveries, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring smooth material movement from suppliers to warehouses and project locations. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of working in a quick-paced environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement & Purchase Management
• Create and process purchase orders as per business requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors for quotations, pricing, negotiations, and order confirmations.
• Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain supplier database and update purchase records.
• Verify invoices against purchase orders, delivery challans, and GRNs.
• Assist in vendor evaluation, comparison, and cost analysis.
• Follow up on delays, shortages, damaged goods, or quality issues.
• Ensure proper procurement documentation for audits and compliance.





Logistics & Inventory Management
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities.
• Track shipments and monitor transportation schedules.
• Liaise with transporters, courier partners, and logistics service providers.
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of materials to project sites and customers.
• Maintain inventory records and support stock management activities.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with the procurement team.
• Prepare delivery challans, shipment documents, and logistics reports.
• Coordinate warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials.
• Maintain records of logistics expenses and transportation costs.
• Resolve shipment discrepancies and delivery-related issues.

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
