Role Description The ORN Customer Journey Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves guiding travelers through their end-to-end journey, from initial inquiry and booking to post-trip follow-up, ensuring a seamless experience across ORN’s integrated travel offerings. The advisor will respond to customer contacts via phone, email, and chat,



provide clear information on itineraries and services, and proactively resolve issues or delays. Daily responsibilities include counseling clients on travel options, coordinating with local operations and support teams, documenting interactions, and escalating complex cases when needed. The role requires maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, adhering to ORN’s service protocols, and contributing feedback to improve processes and traveler experience.
Qualifications
• Robust customer-facing skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Contact, with a focus on service quality and empathy.
• Experience in Client Counseling, helping travelers make informed decisions and navigate complex itineraries or changes.
• Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain travel details clearly and professionally.
