Role Description:
• This is a full-time leadership role responsible for defining and driving Ecofy’s product vision and roadmap across green lending and sustainability-focused offerings.
• This position is based in Mumbai, and involves collaborating closely with business, technology, risk, and operations teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include shaping product strategy, conducting market and customer research, prioritizing features,
and overseeing end-to-end product development and lifecycle management.
• The Product Lead will analyze performance metrics, optimize existing products, identify current opportunities, and ensure that product initiatives align with Ecofy’s sustainability mission and commercial goals.
• This role also includes mentoring product team members, managing stakeholder communication, and ensuring a consistent, customer-centric experience across all product lines.
Qualifications:
• Strong product strategy and product management skills, with experience defining roadmaps and managing product lifecycles.
• Excellent analytical skills and market research capabilities to interpret data, identify trends, and inform product decisions.
• Clear and effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present product plans to leadership.
