Role Description The Field Sales Executive – Client Acquisition role is a full time, in office position based in Mengio. This role focuses on identifying and acquiring new business clients for IndiaMART’s B2B marketplace, primarily through field visits, local market mapping, and relationship-building with business owners and decision-makers.



The Field Sales Executive will present IndiaMART’s solutions, conduct product demonstrations, explain pricing and benefits, and support clients through the onboarding process. Daily responsibilities include meeting sales targets, maintaining accurate records of leads and conversions, coordinating with internal teams to resolve client queries, and sharing market feedback to improve offerings. The role also involves regular follow-ups with prospects to nurture long-term partnerships and ensure client satisfaction.

• Proven field sales or business development experience in B2B or SME-focused environments, with a strong track record of client acquisition and target achievement.
