Role Description The Upholstery Quality Assurance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for overseeing the inspection and quality control of upholstered furniture and millwork components, ensuring all products meet company standards and client specifications. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing production samples, implementing quality procedures, documenting findings, and coordinating corrective actions with production teams.



The manager will collaborate with designers, draftspeople, and workshop staff to verify materials, finishes, and workmanship, and will maintain quality records and reporting for continuous improvement. This role also involves training team members on quality standards, supporting audits, and contributing to process enhancements that improve consistency and reduce defects.
Qualifications
• Experience in upholstery quality assurance, furniture manufacturing, or millwork production, with strong attention to detail and craftsmanship standards.
• Knowledge of upholstery materials, techniques, and finishes, as well as basic understanding of woodwork and casework construction.
• Ability to develop and implement quality control processes, conduct inspections, and document findings using clear and organized methods.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with production teams, designer
