Cinisquad is hiring an AI Native Developer to build reliable web applications and practical AI-powered features.

Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
Work arrangement: Hybrid
Experience: 4+ years in software development
Salary: As per industry standards, based on skills and experience

Responsibilities
• Build and maintain web applications using React and Node.js.
• Integrate LLM APIs and develop AI features such as assistants, intelligent search, summarisation, and workflow automation.
• Design secure APIs, work with databases, and deploy production applications.
• Test AI outputs for accuracy, reliability, latency, and cost; implement appropriate safeguards and monitoring.
• Use AI coding tools effectively while reviewing, testing, and taking ownership of the code.
• Work with business stakeholders, troubleshoot issues, and document solutions.

Required skills
• 4+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Solid React, Node.js,



JavaScript/TypeScript, REST API, database, and Git skills.
• Practical experience building and deploying AI-powered features; candidates should be able to explain their implementation and demonstrate project outcomes.
• Familiarity with LLM integration, prompt design, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Strong debugging, testing, security, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Coimbatore.

Preferred
Experience with vector databases, cloud deployment, CI/CD, and AI evaluation.
