Role Description The Business Operations & HR Intern will support end-to-end recruitment activities for technology and professional services roles at Daynt. This full-time hybrid position is based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for partial work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining accurate candidate records. The intern will assist in conducting initial candidate interactions, supporting hiring managers with interview scheduling, and helping to organize onboarding and training activities. The role also involves contributing to recruitment-related communication, employer branding efforts, and continuous improvement of hiring processes.
