Love Misa Beauty is looking for a creative, proactive and hands-on Brand Marketing & Influencer Executive to drive influencer campaigns, social content, PR, partnerships, shoots and brand activations. This is an execution-led role. You will not only plan campaigns and share ideas, but also generate content, coordinate and shoot Reels, manage creators and ensure everything gets done on time.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify, shortlist and onboard relevant beauty, fashion, lifestyle and niche creators; build strong relationships with creators, talent managers and agencies.
• Plan and execute influencer gifting, barter and paid collaborations, including briefs, content guidelines, timelines, approvals and deliverables.
• Support GTM strategy and marketing rollouts for new launches, translating plans into transparent execution calendars across influencers, social media, PR, website and partnerships.
• Ideate and execute social-first content for Instagram,



including Reels, Stories, product demos, trend-led content, UGC and BTS.
• Coordinate and, when required, independently shoot quick-turnaround content
• Plan and coordinate product, campaign, influencer and UGC shoots.
• Coordinate with PR agencies, media contacts and external partners for launches, events, gifting and brand collaborations.
• Support influencer meet-ups, pop-ups, launch events, experiential activations and relevant industry/creator events.
• Manage campaign trackers, creator databases, content calendars, budgets, usage rights and performance reports.
• Track campaign performance and document key learnings across reach, engagement, content quality and creator output.

Requirements
· 1–3 years of experience in brand marketing, influencer marketing, PR, social media, content creation or digital marketing; experience with beauty, skincare, fragrance, fashion, lifestyle or D2C brands
