Role Description

The Social Media Content Creator will develop content across social platforms to communicate Heliora Infra’s value proposition and market insights. Day-to-day tasks include planning content calendars, creating posts, reels, and stories, writing engaging captions, and optimizing content for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook. The role involves closely following real estate trends, collaborating with advisory and marketing teams to translate complex information into clear, compelling narratives, and monitoring analytics to refine content performance. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.

Qualifications
• Candidates should possess solid skills in social media content creation and video/reel ideation and scripting.




• Candidates should possess research and analytical skills to understand real estate trends, audience behavior, and platform insights, and to translate data into actionable content improvements.
• Candidates should possess strong communication and collaboration abilities, including clear written and verbal communication.
• Relevant experience in social media management or content creation for brands, especially in real estate, finance, consulting, or related sectors, is highly beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, media, design, business, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in common content tools.
