Role Description The Customer Service Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This position is responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels, ensuring timely and accurate issue resolution. Day-to-day activities include handling service requests, documenting interactions in internal systems, and escalating complex concerns to the appropriate teams when needed. The specialist will monitor customer feedback, support continuous improvement of service processes,
