Role Description This part-time Insurance Agent role at LIC is a hybrid position based in Surat, with a mix of on-site client meetings and some work-from-home activities. The Insurance Agent will identify prospective customers, explain LIC products and services, and recommend suitable life insurance and investment plans based on client needs. Daily tasks include generating leads, conducting consultations,



preparing and submitting policy applications, and following up on documentation and payments. The role also involves providing ongoing customer service, handling queries and policy updates, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activities. The Insurance Agent will work to meet sales targets while building long-term relationships and promoting LIC’s values of trust and financial security.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance to effectively explain products, assess client needs, and close policies.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Insurance Brokerage and related processes to support clients in comparing and choosing appropriate plans.
• Candidates should possess a sound understanding of Finance to discuss premiums, returns, tax advantages, and long-term financial planning.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skill
