Role Description The Reservation Executive will manage end-to-end reservation activities, including responding to inquiries, confirming bookings, and updating reservation systems for KNY Stay apartments. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling phone and online queries, sharing accurate information on availability, pricing, and apartment features,



and coordinating with operations and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth guest check-in and check-out. The role involves maintaining reservation records, preparing basic reports, and supporting corporate clients with long-term stay and relocation requirements. The Reservation Executive will provide skilled customer service, resolve issues related to bookings, and follow standard procedures and policies. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.
