Role Description The Advocate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dewas. In this role, the Advocate supports clients by listening to their concerns, gathering relevant information, and helping them understand their options and rights. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, maintaining accurate case records, coordinating with external agencies or professionals, and following up to ensure actions are completed. The Advocate may assist with documentation, guide clients through procedures,



and provide referrals to appropriate services. Collaboration with colleagues and participation in internal meetings and trainings are also part of the role, with a strong focus on maintaining confidentiality and professional conduct.
