JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Executive to join our Sales & Business Development team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating and nurturing leads, understanding customer requirements, and converting prospects into successful sales.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify and generate recent business opportunities through various channels.
• Source potential customers through calls, referrals, digital platforms, and other lead-generation activities.




• Handle inbound and outbound calls and understand customer requirements.
• Explain project details, specifications, pricing, amenities, and other relevant information to prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Follow up with leads regularly and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Schedule and coordinate property/site visits for interested customers.
• Conduct effective sales presentations and property/project discussions.
• Negotiate with customers and assist in converting leads into sales.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the pre-sales, CRM, marketing, and project teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
