Role Description The Operations Management Intern will support the coordination and optimization of daily operational activities across training programs and student services in a remote internship role.



Responsibilities include tracking program schedules, assisting with resource allocation, maintaining documentation, and helping streamline internal processes to improve efficiency. The intern will interact with internal teams and external stakeholders to support smooth delivery of training sessions, events, and student support initiatives. Day-to-day tasks also involve monitoring operational data, preparing basic reports, supporting customer service activities for learners and partners, and contributing to small projects that enhance operational workflows.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Operations Management and Project Management to support planning, coordination, and execution of programs.
• Analytical Skills for interpreting operational data, identifying process improvements, and preparing concise reports.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with students
