Role Description

The Client Relationship Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Kozhikode.
This role is responsible for managing day-to-day interactions with clients, ensuring timely responses to inquiries, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
The specialist will coordinate with internal teams to understand client requirements, track project progress, and communicate updates clearly and professionally.
Daily tasks include handling customer support issues,



documenting feedback, identifying opportunities to improve service delivery, and assisting in the preparation of proposals or presentations.
The role also involves monitoring client accounts, analyzing service performance, and contributing to long-term relationship-building initiatives.
