✅ Key Responsibilities
• Serve gelato, shakes, beverages, and café food items with precision and a friendly attitude.
• Attend to customers courteously at the counter and provide excellent customer service.
• Operate the POS system, process orders, payments, and handle customer queries efficiently.
• Prepare and assemble café food items as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure consistency in product quality, presentation, and portioning standards.
• Assist with basic food preparation activities, including plating, heating, garnishing, and packaging.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bakery staff to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain kiosk/café hygiene, clean counters, equipment, and customer areas throughout the day.




• Replenish stocks of gelato, beverages, packaging materials, and other operational supplies.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and quality standards at all times.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients and prepared food items.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor or store manager.
• Assist in opening and closing operations as per the duty schedule.
• Engage in upselling, product recommendations, free sampling, and promotional activities to enhance customer experience and sales.
• Adhere to all company policies, SOPs, safety procedures, and compliance guidelines.

? Requirements
• Experience: 1–3 years in F&B;, retail, or hospitality
• Language: Basic communication skills in Malayalam and English
• Attitude: Positive, team-player, and customer service-oriented
• Appearance: Presentable and well-groomed
• Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate
