Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced, analytical, and execution-oriented Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy, demand generation, and brand visibility. In this role, you will bridge performance marketing and brand storytelling—driving customer acquisition, optimizing conversion funnels, and managing cross-channel campaigns to deliver predictable business growth.

Reporting directly to the Founder / Business Head, you will hold end-to-end accountability for campaign execution, marketing ROI, and agency/team leadership.

Key Responsibilities1.



Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management• Develop and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing roadmaps aligned with business revenue goals.

• Design seasonal campaign calendars mapped to examination, admission, and academic cycles.
•

• Own end-to-end campaign lifecycles: audience segmentation, value proposition design, creative briefs, budget allocation, multi-channel distribution, and post-campaign attribution.

•

2. Performance Marketing & Demand Generation• Lead paid acquisition strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, YouTube, Display, Social, WhatsApp, and Email.
•

• Manage customer acquisition costs (CAC), cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS) to maintain high capital efficiency.
•

• Implement structured retargeting frameworks and automated lead-nurturing workflows to drive pipeline velocity.
