Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Kozhikode. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities in international markets, building and managing relationships with buyers, distributors, and partners, and expanding the company’s export portfolio. Daily activities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting market and competitor analysis, preparing proposals,



negotiating commercial terms, and following up to close deals. The Business Development Manager collaborates with internal teams to align sales efforts with supply chain, operations, and logistics, ensuring that client requirements are met efficiently and compliantly. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, maintaining a robust sales pipeline, representing the company at trade events or client meetings, and providing regular business reports and forecasts to leadership.
