Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced *Manager / Assistant Manager – Gold Loan* to drive business growth, manage the Gold Loan portfolio, handle branch-level operations, and ensure achievement of sales and collection targets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive Gold Loan business, customer acquisition, sourcing, and disbursement for the assigned branch/location.
• Manage and grow the Gold Loan portfolio while achieving business and revenue targets.
• Lead and monitor the sales team to ensure achievement of individual and branch targets.
• Oversee the Gold Loan process including KYC, documentation, processing, valuation coordination, and disbursement.
• Ensure adherence to KYC, operational, compliance, and risk management guidelines.
• Monitor overdue accounts, follow up for pending interest, and support collection and NPA resolution.
• Build relationships with customers,



connectors, and local business channels to generate new business.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure high standards of *customer service and branch coordination.
• Monitor branch performance, maintain MIS/records, and provide regular business updates to management.

Key Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in Gold Loan, Retail Lending, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services.
• Experience in Gold Loan sales, business sourcing, and portfolio management.
• Good understanding of Gold Loan processing, KYC, documentation, collections, and compliance.
• Knowledge of gold valuation/appraisal and ability to identify low-carat or sub-standard gold will be an added advantage.
• Robust team handling, customer relationship, communication, and business development skills.
• Ability to manage branch-level targets and operational responsibilities.
