About the Role
Dolat Capital is looking for an experienced ECM skilled to join its Investment Banking team. The role will involve supporting and leading the execution of Equity Capital Markets transactions, including IPOs, QIPs, FPOs, Rights Issues, Preferential Issues and other equity fundraising transactions.
The candidate will work closely with senior Investment Banking professionals, clients, promoters, investors, legal advisors, auditors and other transaction stakeholders. The role will provide exposure to the complete transaction lifecycle, from pitch and mandate acquisition through execution and closure.
Key Responsibilities
ECM Execution
* Support and independently manage execution of ECM transactions including IPOs, QIPs, FPOs, Rights Issues, Preferential Issues and private placements.
* Coordinate with clients, promoters, legal advisors, auditors, regulators,



investors and other transaction stakeholders.
* Support preparation and review of transaction documentation and regulatory submissions.
* Assist in due diligence processes and coordinate information requirements across stakeholders.
* Track transaction timelines, deliverables and key milestones to ensure timely execution.
Financial Analysis & Valuation
* Develop and review financial models, business plans and valuation analyses.
* Conduct comparable company and precedent transaction analysis.
* Analyse financial statements, operating metrics and business performance.
* Assist in determining appropriate valuation and transaction structures.
* Prepare analysis around capital requirements, dilution, pricing and transaction structures.
Pitching & Business Development Support
* Prepare high-quality pitch books, investor presentations, transaction proposals and marketing materials.
* Conduct industry, company and transaction research
