Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Noida. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate qualified leads,



and manage the end-to-end sales cycle for Square Yards’ products and services. Daily responsibilities include prospecting through calls, meetings, and digital channels, conducting needs assessments with potential clients, delivering tailored presentations, and negotiating commercial terms. The role involves maintaining robust relationships with existing accounts, coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution, and tracking sales performance against targets. The Business Development Executive will also contribute to market research, competitor analysis, and continuous improvement of business development strategies.
