Historia Hotel & Spa, Udaipur is looking for a detail-oriented, responsible, and professional candidate to join our Accounts Department.
Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan

Experience Required:
• 2 – 4 Years of relevant experience in Accounts / Finance
• Experience in hotel accounting or hospitality industry will be preferred
Salary:
₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
(Depending on knowledge & experience)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Account Executive to support day-to-day accounting and financial operations of the hotel. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting procedures, robust numerical skills, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and financial documentation
✔ Maintain accurate records of income, expenses, invoices and payments
✔ Handle billing, receivables, payables and account reconciliations
✔ Verify invoices,
bills and supporting documents for accuracy on IDS Softwere
✔ Assist with daily revenue and collection reconciliation
✔ Coordinate with Front Office, F&B;, Stores and other departments for financial documentation
✔ Prepare regular accounting reports with IDS acknoledge and MIS as required
✔ Assist in month-end closing and audit-related activities
✔ Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures
✔ Hands-on experience and good working knowledge of IDS and Rista software will be an added advantage.
