Role Description The Pharma Research Associate role at Sanmour is a full-time,



on-site position based in Thane. The role involves supporting development and optimization of pharmaceutical formulations and processes, including experimental design, lab work, and documentation under the guidance of senior scientists. The Pharma Research Associate will assist in generating and analyzing data, preparing technical reports, and contributing to regulatory and quality documentation related to R&D; projects. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external partners, maintaining laboratory records and compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and helping track project timelines and deliverables. The role also requires active participation in discussions on product viability, technical feasibility, and continuous improvement of research methodologies.
