Role Description The Assistant Food Beverage Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Amravati, responsible for supporting the management of all food and beverage operations. This role includes supervising restaurant, coffee shop, buffet, and banquet service teams, ensuring consistent service standards and guest satisfaction. The Assistant Manager helps plan menus and promotions, monitors inventory and quality,



and ensures compliance with hygiene and safety regulations. Daily tasks involve coordinating staff schedules, training team members, handling guest feedback, and assisting with cost control and budgeting for the food and beverage department. The role collaborates closely with kitchen, front office, and banquet teams to deliver seamless service for individual guests and events.
