Role Description:
We are looking for a B2B sales associate to drive sales and partnerships with colleges, companies, organizations, and institutions. The role will focus on outbound prospecting, lead generation, relationship building, and converting B2B opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients through calls, LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Build partnerships with colleges,



companies, HR teams, and organizations.
• Generate opportunities for bulk enrollments and corporate/institutional programs.
• Conduct high-volume outbound outreach and follow up with prospects.
• Schedule meetings, pitch Lane's offerings, and convert prospects into business opportunities.
• Maintain the sales pipeline and update CRM/sales trackers.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales and lead-generation targets.

What we are looking for:

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or similar roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and LinkedIn prospecting.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Good knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel and CRM tools.
• Fluent in English and Hindi; Kannada is an added advantage.
