Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior InfoSec Specialist with extensive experience in Zscaler and network security technologies. This role will lead design, implementation, and management of cloud-based and hybrid security infrastructure, with a focus on secure internet and remote access solutions using Zscaler products.



The ideal candidate will provide both strategic and hands-on leadership in enterprise security transformations.

Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) solutions.
· Act as the SME (Subject Matter Expert) for Zscaler security architecture across the organization.
· Collaborate with network, cloud, and security teams to integrate Zscaler into enterprise environments.
· Conduct technical workshops, PoCs, and migration assessments for Zscaler rollouts.
· Manage Zscaler policy tuning, SSL inspection, authentication mechanisms
· (SAML/Okta/Azure AD), and traffic forwarding methods (PAC, Zscaler Client Connector, GRE/IPSec).
· Develop and enforce security controls, procedures, and automation for network access and monitoring.
· Guide junior engineers and project teams through technical implementations and troubleshooting.
